RTA WAS BORN UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT CLOTHING SHOULD BE EFFORTLESS AND CHIC. THE RTA GIRL IS CONFIDENT AND THE CLOTHING SHE WEARS SIMPLY ENHANCES HER THOUGHTS. RTA IS A STATE OF MIND AND WHILE THE CLOTHING EVOLVES, HER IDEAS ARE NEVER DETERRED.
